1. Discovery Call - Trying to figure out if the prospect is a good fit and if we can actuallygenerate leads for them. Some of the qualities we look for are a strong social presence,an established sales process, good reputation, high ticket care plan, looking to grow.
2. Clients receive a proposal where they pay the start up fee, where they watch a welcomevideo and fill out our initial onboarding form and book their onboarding call. They receivean invite to slack to their private channel as well.
3. In slack we send them a welcome message with more details with some more formsregarding facebook ad information, how to add us to Meta BM, how to add us to theirEMR, and platform questionnaire so we can learn more about their practice so we canaccurately create their CRM.
4. During the onboarding call we:
a. Answer any questions they might have and also take care of any “homework”they didn’t do prior (like adding us to Meta and EMR).
b. Try to get an understanding for their sales process, obtain any scripts orsequence they use that they would like us to use.
c. Get an idea for their target audience, what are their pain points, etc…
d. Determine qualifying standards, what makes a qualified patient to them outside ofthe usual.e. Talk creatives, what do they have, what can they provide, how I can help.
5. Start creating FB ads and setting up campaigns and forms
6. Create calling scripts
7. Set up CRM and integrate FB ads
a. Create follow up automation and booking calendars and reminders
8. Test ad creatives and copy for first 2 weeks
9. Look to scale ads after first month or when the earliest point in which we have a winner

That’s pretty much it. It’s not our job to close obviously. So we are just trying to generate asmany quality leads as we can, for as cheap as we can. It’s all about CPL and booking rate, letssay I spend 1k in a month and generate 30 leads on facebook ($30 CPL) with a 50% bookingrate. So 15 appointments at $150 - $250 per appointment. That's anywhere between $2,250and $3,750 per month. Obviously no shows are a factor, but the higher quality leads you cangenerate on facebook, that number goes way down.
